At the ‘Pacífico Austral’ culturing center, the red abalone (Halitois rufescens) is being farmed, this mollusk being one of the most appreciated and requested in the world market. The manner in which the product will be delivered, will depend on its destination.

Cocktail Abalone
‘Pacífico Austral’s abalone is mostly presented as IQF abalone meat in sizes ranging from 80mm. to larger pieces and weight ranging from 80 to 100 grams. including the shell.
There are 9 to 10 unites per kilogram.
The destinations of this product are the demanding sushi bar markets, delicatessen and natural products stores, as well.


Premium Live Abalone
According to the requirement, the live abalone shipping is possible when the flight times and departures allow this.
U.S.A., Japan, Korea, China and Hong Kong are our main markets.
